Commercial Project and Business Development

The principals of Harley Stanfield were groomed in the investment banking and financing arena by firms such as Bank of America, Shearson Lehman, Solomon Brothers, First Boston, American S&L, and E. F. Hutton just to name a few.

Harley Stanfield Inc. is currently acting as the equity partner and Financier in a deal that will bring Vela Gear Systems the first American Wind Turbines gear production Company, to the city of Marion, Indiana. This deal will be for upwards of 80 Million dollars and is being financed through a Municipal Bond Offering issued by the City of Marion and underwritten by the Royal Bank of Canada. The Vela Gear Systems plant will create over 200 skilled jobs for workers here in the United States in this highly "Green" technical field. It should be noted that Vela Gear Systems was a start-up.

Heritage Homes, a 35 year old Maryland development firm, recently turned to Harley Stanfield for $9 million loan for their 112 unit Active Adult project. Harley Stanfield convinced the developer to "Go Green" by pointing out the many benefits of such a strategy, including lower operating costs and improved project sales. As a result, the developer plans to enlist the financial and consulting services of Harley Stanfield for all their future projects.

Harley Stanfield is also the Financier and Consultant on a Solar Applications project in Arizona and a "Green" Daycare Center in New York.

The principals of Harley Stanfield have over 50 combined years of Business Development and Business Financing History into an organizational motto that reads "Every Large Corporation was a small business first."

Harley Stanfield's principals have secured and are securing financing and helping with project and business development for businesses ranging from:

  • Multi-unit apartment complexes in New York City
  • A LEED "Platinum" Business Center in Washington DC, Trading Places, which will offer 24 hour access to the world's major Stock, Forex and Futures Exchanges during the business week (Sunday 12am-Friday 5pm) and becomes a membership driven business person's club on the weekend. There are plans for 7 additional Business Centers in major US cities by January 2012.
  • To the first luxury LEED certified "Green" resort in Las Vegas "The Enchantment Way," and...
  • Future Development Services Incorporated, launching the largest Jatropha biofuels development project in the United States.
